Recently, CCECC completed the design and construction of Phase I of the Pentecost Island road project in Vanuatu. Spanning 28.3 kilometers, this is the island's first asphalt road. It will significantly improve the local road network’s service level and traffic capacity, while effectively reducing the cost of transporting personnel and goods. During construction, CCECC created over a hundred local jobs and enhanced the skills of local workers through mentorship, raising the professionalism and collaborative capabilities of the local engineering team.
